Doyley \u2013 Psycho from Beyond<\/strong> – die Flut an B\u00fcchern von Protagonisten der Psychobilly<\/strong> Szene rei\u00dft nicht ab. Nach Mark Robertsons<\/strong><\/a> Buch \u00fcber die Anfangszeit der Meteors<\/strong>, der Geschichte von Demented are go<\/strong><\/a> und der ebenfalls erst vor kurzem erschienenen Autobiografie des Sharks<\/strong>-S\u00e4ngers Alan Wilson<\/strong><\/a>, kommt nun der “Hans-Dampf-in-allen-Gassen” und Ex-Klingonz<\/strong> Gitarrist Doyley<\/strong> um die Ecke und erz\u00e4hlt uns in seiner Autobiografie \u00fcber sein musikalisches Leben. Angefangen nat\u00fcrlich bei den Klingonz<\/strong> aber auch sein teils langj\u00e4hriges Mitwirken bei Bands wie Demented are go<\/strong>, den Dead Kings<\/strong> und die Zusammenarbeit mit Nigel Lewis<\/strong> werden ausf\u00fchrlich beleuchtet.<\/p>\n

Erscheinen wird das Buch im Dezember, Vorbestellungen<\/a> sind bereits m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n

Es besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Buch zusammen mit einer CD zu bestellen, auf der die Bands aus dem Buch zu h\u00f6ren sind – beginnend mit den allerersten Band-Demos.<\/p>\n

Als zweite Option gibt es eine weitere neue CD-Ver\u00f6ffentlichung namens Uke Can’t keep a good man down<\/strong>. Alles Psychobilly<\/strong> und Rockabilly<\/strong>-Coversongs, alle auf einer Ukulele gespielt. Diese Songs beinhalten u.a Neuaufnahmen von alten Klingonz<\/strong> und Demented are go<\/strong> Songs.<\/p>\n
